Can I match the door frame to my home's colour scheme? Absolutely. We offer an extensive palette of powder coat colour  ranges to ensure your new door frame perfectly matches or complements your home’s existing window frames and features.
How long will it take to get my door installed? As our doors are all proudly made-to-order, the standard lead time is approximately 2-4 weeks from the confirmation of your order to final installation.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
Our Federation doors come with a comprehensive 12 months warranty on the door's structure and a 1 year warranty on the lock and hardware, so you can be confident in your purchase.
Are Federation doors considered high-security doors? These doors are classified as strong "barrier" or "safety" doors. The cast aluminium panel provides a robust physical and visual deterrent. However, they have not undergone the specific testing (like the jemmy and knife shear tests) to be officially rated to Australian Standard AS 5039. How can I increase the security of my Federation door? While the door comes with a quality single-point lock, we strongly recommend upgrading to a triple-lock system. Securing the door at the top, centre, and bottom makes it significantly more difficult to force open and provides much greater peace of mind

What are the Federation cast panels made of? Will they rust? The intricate Federation cast panels are made from 100% recyclable, gravity-fed die-cast aluminium. This material is not only strong but is completely rust-proof, ensuring your door looks stunning for years to come with minimal maintenance.
What type of flyscreen mesh is used? Can it be upgraded? Our standard inclusion is a fibreglass flyscreen mesh, which is ideal for keeping out insects. However, you can upgrade based on your needs from fly mesh to security mesh inclusion
Will the new door handle conflict with my main door handle? This is a common concern with older homes. Our installation experts address this during the measure and quote. We carefully check the position of your existing hardware and ensure the new lock is placed at a height that provides easy access and proper clearance for both handles.
